This BoomRoom Privacy Policy applies to your use of www.boomroom.io, and any other websites, applications, or services provided, owned, or operated by BoomRoom, LLC (“BoomRoom,” “Us,” or “We”). At BoomRoom one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BoomRoom and how we use it.

A. Information You Provide to Us. When you use BoomRoom’s services, including opening an account, tipping artists, chatting with other users, participating in a questionnaire, communicating with customer service or sending us an email, you provide us with information that we collect. Such information may include your name, address, phone number, credit card information and purchase history and, when you send a gift to another person, including giving another person an account, the same information for such other person.
B. Other Information We Receive and Store. We also receive information from you as a result of your visiting our site, participating in online games, sending us emails including your IP address, your scores, the time you spend playing, your email address, your browser type and version, your operating system and platform, your purchase history, products you view, products you search for, length of visits to pages and other browser interaction information.

- We use your email address and/or telephone number to communicate with you, including to notify you of major BoomRoom updates, for customer service purposes, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the BoomRoom services. If you want to stop receiving notifications by telephone, reply STOP to any text message from us. Note that we may still send you additional informational or transactional notifications.
- BoomRoom may periodically send promotional materials or notifications to you related to the BoomRoom services. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can go to your account settings once you have logged in to BoomRoom or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email from us. If you have installed the mobile app and you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile device or through the app.
- In certain cases, we have a legal obligation to collect and process your personal information (such as our obligation to share data with tax authorities).
- We may also ask for your consent to process your personal information for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. When you consent to our processing your personal information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop the processing of your data for that purpose.

IV. CCPA Privacy Rights
